You are invited to Herts Valleys Clinical Commissioning Group's first virtual Annual General Meeting.
Each year, we welcome members of the public, staff, GPs patients, carers and other stakeholders to our annual general meeting (AGM) to discuss our key achievements and performance over the last year and to outline our future ambitions.
In keeping with social distancing measures we aren't holding a traditional event this year and instead will hold a virtual AGM on Thursday 24 September starting at 3pm. The AGM will last for 90 minutes and will be hosted by our chair, Dr Nicolas Small with presentations from our new joint CCG Chief Executive, Dr Jane Halpin, Herts Valleys CCG Managing Director, David Evans and Deputy Chief Finance Officer, Elke Taylor. We will also set aside time to answer your questions. Due to the virtual format of the AGM you will need to send in questions beforehand. Please send questions to firstname.lastname@example.org by 9am on Monday 21 September.
Following the AGM there will be some topic sessions that will focus on some priority areas for the health system locally. Further details will follow soon.
