Alison Gardner, Lay Member

I have more than 35 years of professional management experience working in the Civil Service and more recently within the health sector here and in Ireland. I am the Lay Board Member lead for Patient and Public Involvement and I am committed to giving our patient representatives and volunteers a real opportunity to have an impact on the development of services for the whole of Herts Valleys community and a meaningful role in all our decision making processes.

I am a Parish Councillor in Redbourn and enjoy live contemporary music, walking my dog, gardening and the occasional attendance at rugby matches.
