The Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) at St Albans City Hospital is closed today (Tuesday 16 October) due to flooding.

Patients are advised to call NHS 111 for help and signposting to alternative services. Patients with minor injuries can also attend the Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) at Hemel Hempstead Hospital which is open until 10pm.

We expect the MIU to be open tomorrow (Wednesday 17 October).
