About the CCG publication scheme
The Publication Scheme is divided into classes as defined by the Information Commissioner's Office and has been designed to give you a complete guide to the information routinely published by NHS Herts Valleys CCG.
The scheme does not include information that we consider to be sensitive, such as certain types of commercial or personal information.
We review the scheme at regular intervals and monitor how it is operating.
For further information on the model publication scheme prepared and approved by the Information Commissioner's Office and the definition document for Health Bodies outlining the types of information we should provide, please see their website:

In general, this will be an extension of the first class of information, ‘Who we are and what we do’, as it will detail the services that the organisation provides. The starting point would normally be a list or lists of the services that fall within the responsibility of the organisation, linked to details of those services.
